Nutrition:

The Secret Ingredient to Optimising Fertility

Changing what you eat can impact many aspects of your reproductive health. A balanced, nutrient-rich diet can influence hormonal balance, ovulation, and overall reproductive health, making it an essential factor to consider if you’re trying to get pregnant.

What we eat can affect

● Hormone balance
● Ovulation
● Egg quality
● Sperm quality
● Implantation and pregnancy health

Nutrition can also help manage underlying conditions that may affect your fertility.

● PCOS
● Endometriosis
● Egg quality
● Thyroid issues

And when you get pregnant, what you eat can affect

● Your baby’s development
● Genetics
● Vulnerability to disease
● Organ function

Just twelve weeks in this program will equip you with a personalised plan for your nutrition and fertility journey, tailored to fit your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. This plan will set you on the path to motherhood.

getting-pregnant

Hi, I'm Francisca

I get it. There is so much information about nutrition when trying to conceive, which can be overwhelming.

I know what it’s like to really want to be pregnant now, only to have to wait and wait and wait.

Many of my clients tell me that they feel confused by all the information out there about what they should eat or what supplements they should be taking.

Since 2018, I’ve worked alongside fertility specialists in Adelaide and my own clients, helping them use evidence-based, practical nutrition advice to optimise their health and fertility. And finally, achieve their goal of becoming a family.

In this 12-week program, I’ve taken all my knowledge to help you feel confident and prepared with a healthy foundation for the first 1000 days of your baby’s journey.

Any Questions About The Boost Your Fertility Program?

Do you have in-person appointments as well as online?

All my appointments are online, making it convenient for you to get the nutrition and fertility advice you need wherever you are in the world and whenever is convenient for you.

What do I do if I have questions between our sessions?

Your 12-week program comes with email support between sessions. You’ll be able to reach me during office hours (9 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday) by email.

Will changing my diet really make a difference to my fertility?

Absolutely! Nutrition has a profound impact on fertility. My 12-week program is tailored to enhance your hormonal balance and improve ovulation, improve egg and sperm quality, and help create a thicker endometrial lining through targeted dietary strategies. It’s about nourishing your body with what it specifically needs to optimise fertility.

What if I have a specific condition that may affect my fertility, like PCOS or endometriosis?

Because this programme is tailored to meet your needs, we can address specific fertility-related conditions, including PCOS and endometriosis. As a fertility nutrition expert, I create a personalised nutrition plan that addresses the root causes of your fertility issues, not just the symptoms.

Isn't it all just about taking the right supplements?

While supplements can be beneficial, they’re most effective when used alongside a balanced diet. My program emphasises real, whole foods to ensure you get the nutrients needed to support fertility, debunking the myth that supplements alone are the answer.

How is this programme different from other fertility diets I’ve tried?

Unlike one-size-fits-all solutions, the Boost Your Fertility program is based on the latest scientific research and tailored to your individual needs. I monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed, ensuring it remains aligned with your body’s responses and fertility goals.

Are supplements included in the program?

No. Any supplements and associated costs are in addition to the program and not supplied by me.

What happens if I fall pregnant after the first 2 sessions?

Congratulations!
The first 1000 days from preconception through pregnancy to 2 years old is the most important period that helps determine your baby’s health outcomes. Nutrition is key during this time. So, we will tailor the remaining consults to suit your pregnancy needs. We will discuss the nutrition requirements for each trimester. I will provide you with strategies to overcome nausea, iron deficiency, constipation, and other nutritional deficiencies and tailor your supplements to each trimester.
