Nutrition:
The Key To Feeling Like Yourself Again
Your diet whilst breastfeeding is crucial for milk production. Sleep deprivation and hormone changes affect energy and mood. Let’s not add poor nutrition to the mix!
What we eat as a new mum can affect you and the baby. Poor nutrition can:
● Lower your mood
● Reduce risk of vitamin deficiencies
● Increase risk of postnatal depression
● Decrease your Immune system
● Delay healing
● Affect your milk supply
● Your baby’s Vulnerability to disease
This program will equip you with a personalised plan for your nutrition and fertility journey, tailored to fit your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. This plan will set you on the path to motherhood.
Hi, I'm Francisca
I get it. There is so much information about nutrition when trying to fall pregnant, but what happens afterwards? All the focus is on the baby. But what about YOU?
No-one talks about looking after you and what you should eat after your baby is born do they?
Since 2018, I’ve worked alongside fertility specialists in Adelaide and my own clients, helping them use evidence-based, practical nutrition advice to optimise their health and fertility. And finally, achieve their goal of becoming a family.
In this post partum nutrition programme, I’ve combined my expertise to help you recover, boost energy levels, and support overall well-being. The program addresses your unique nutritional needs, manages specific health conditions, supports breastfeeding, and equips you with tools for a balanced diet, ensuring long-term health for you and your baby.

Absolutely! Nutrition has a profound impact on our health and the health of our children. My postpartum program is tailored to aim to correct nutritional deficiencies which will then provide you with increased energy levels, understand how your lifestyle & dietary choices can affect the health of your baby (reducing obesity risk, allergies, eczema) and provide targeted dietary strategies to address any underlying conditions affecting you postpartum . It’s about nourishing your body with what it specifically needs to optimise your nutrition during this postpartum period.
Because this program is tailored to meet your needs, we can address specific fertility-related conditions, including PCOS and endometriosis. As a fertility nutrition expert, I create a personalised nutrition plan that addresses the root causes of your fertility issues, not just the symptoms.
While supplements can be beneficial, they’re most effective when used alongside a balanced diet. My program emphasises real, whole foods to ensure you get the nutrients needed to support fertility, debunking the myth that supplements alone are the answer.
No. Any supplements and associated costs are in addition to the program and not supplied by me.
